Jordi Cosp received both the M.S. and Ph.D degree (with honors) in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC)·BarcelonaTECH in Barcelona, Spain, in 1995 and 2002 respectively.

        During the period 1997-2000, he held a FI Research Fellowship at Department of Electronic Engineering, UPC. He became and Assistant Professor at UPC in 2000 and an Associate professor at the same University in 2010. He has participated in several European and Spanish national research projects and industrial projects for the European Spatial Agency (ESA) in the last years. His research interests include analog and digital VLSI design, integrated power systems, MEMS signal conditioning, neuromorphic engineering for image processing and nonlinear oscillator VLSI implementation.
