He received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University in 2022. He has worked at Nanjing Silergy Corp and PhotonIC Technologies (Shanghai), engaged in power management and optoelectronic integrated circuit design and research. He is currently a researcher at the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, at Tongji University. Over the past five years, he has published more than 10 papers in high-level journals and conferences in the field of integrated circuits, such as IEEE JSSC, TCAS-II, CICC, ESSCIRC, and ASSCC. He holds dozens of international/domestic patents.
