Scientific Research

Physical electronics specialty is an interdisciplinary including modern physics, electronics, optoelectronics, quantum electronics, modern communications technology and related technology. In recent years, the development of the physical electronics specialty is particularly rapid and continues to cover the new fields, greatly promoted the development of Electronic Science and Technology, Information and Communication systems, Optical engineering and other disciplines of science and technology.  As the development of the physical electronics, a number of new scientific and technological growth points were formed, such as light waves and photonic technology, optoelectronics integration technologies and devices, high-speed optical fiber communication and fiber optic network. Therefore, the physical electronics specialty is one of the cornerstones of information science and technology of this century.

Physical electronics, as the secondary disciplines of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, was established in 2011. Recently, the research field is expanding. Lots of papers were published in the academic journals and most of them were indexed by EI, SCI.
